OK, again, I am only suggesting this because you told me to look for things to do to make it prettier.
Imagine a row of five bricks. Either touching or with a space between each brick. Now imagine another row above the first. That would be the new layout. OK. The blocks are gold. Top row-

Bottom row
[Messages] [Forum Store] [Chat] [Calender] [Log Out]
Gold blocks with black letters would look good on that blue background, and it would fill the space more. I doubt if moving stuff around is as easy as it was on the 20th Century Project, but I thought you might like the idea.
