If you like warm, fresh, buttered bread, try this easy recipe.
Mix together dry ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Add 1 cup of water

Stir while heating 1 tablespoon of
olive oil in a non-stick, 9" skillet
You can use butter instead of olive
oil, but olive oil gives the bread a nice flavor

Pour the batter into the skillet and spread it to the
edges. As the oil comes up around the the batter, spread it across the top. Pour a couple of tablespoons of water around the edge of the batter.
Cover and cook for 7 minutes. Turn the bread over and cook for another 7 minutes.
Slice, butter, and enjoy.
^ Repeat as needed
