Wake-Up Stretch
After hours of inactivity, it is normal to wake up sometimes and not really feel like getting up. This is a guaranteed method of getting your body ready for the day.
1.) Sit on edge of bed.
2.) Clasp hands behind neck.
3.) Twist left / straighten left leg.
4.) Twist right / straighten right leg.
This exercise is so effective that after a few repetitions you are ready to get up. Do at least 10-20.
